Here I am stuffing my face again with a truly delightful authentic Thai recipe and one of Khwanjais own, I have never seen this anywhere else.

The great thing is it’s a really simple recipe with no special ingredients to struggle with, however we do recommend using only the freshest ingredients available

This Thai Sweet Chicken Recipe is stunning in flavour and you can play around with it to adjust it to suit your guests, we show you all that in the video anyway.

Your guests will practically always ask you how you did it, or simply for the recipe, which is a great compliment to any chef, so make it and go fishing…. for compliments. You won’t have to ask, you’ll just get ‘em!!

Intended to be an additional “finger picking” dish for a banquet, you’ll quickly see these delicious little beauties disappear before your very eyes, however they can make a great addition to any meal and go particularly well with spicy dishes or soups, take out the more savoury ingredients and you’ll have a sweet snack kids will love or you can spice ‘em up with a little chilli powder
