Lovely savoury subtle flavoured soup which is a meal in itself, however most Thai soups are supposed to compliment another dish so a soup like this will go nicey with something a little more rich in flavour, usually a lovely Thai Curry

Something to go with it? How about Chicken Liver and Green Bean Stir Fry which is a red curry and a stir fry, so not watery, great with this soup.
