Crispy Pork Stir Fry Recipe
How to Make Crispy Pork Stir Fry

The stuff you need:
dish for 2

belly pork
cauliflower
tomato
scallions
garlic
oyster sauce
seasoning sauce
sugar
chicken stock

Getting ready:
chop vegetables Thai style (no not carving)
pre boil cauli for 1 minute
pre boil the pork for 5 minutes
when dry deep fry the pork until golden remove and slice

The stir fry bit:
using 2 tbs oil in hot wok, fry garlic until start to turn golden
add pork, cauliflower and tomato
add 2-3 tbs water, seasoning sauce, oyster sauce, ohicken stock, sugar
stir fry all together for about a minute and add spring onions for the last few stirs
