There are a few more recipes for crab in Khwanjai’s repertoire still to make their video debut. Thai crab meat recipes in the main involve cooking the crab in the shell but for those who don’t want to be bothered with picking tiny bits of crab meat from all the nooks and crannies, we also explain a method (in the full recipe video) to cook this meal with just lean crab meat or even crab sticks for anyone having difficulty getting fresh crab meat.
As you will see I don’t partake of this particular gastronomic delight in view of the fact I allergic to crab, which is frustrating as I sit next to Khwanjai, listening to every slurp and burp so to speak, but the main frustration is the aroma; so tempting I almost wanted to risk it, but I held off, discretion and valour etc.
